If an owner has set the nightly rates shown below the respective portions payable are the following:
Total Cost For Guest = $830.78 (100%) total cost including all taxes, fees, etc.
Initial Payment Portion = $88.28 (10%) would be paid by Visa or MC by the guest directly to Owner Direct after a grace period of 24hrs.
Owner's Rent Remaining = $742.50 (90%) would be paid by guest directly to the owner as per the owner's payment policy displayed on their property web page
Nightly rates are in the currency that each owner chooses to operate with.
