Match Changes Should Take Place Within The Grace Period
If a guest requires that changes must be made to their match, the changes should be completed within the 24 Hour Grace Period. Changes may reflect the number of nights, number of occupants or a change in pricing. If the request is after the grace period, the only way the match details can be changed is by contacting Owner Direct.
Requested Changes Can Sometimes Be Accommodated
An owner will always try to work with a guest. If the change is minor such as more occupants or nights, it probably can be done. Because the owner usually owns only one vacation home, other types of changes such as a different unit or holiday period are usually not possible.
The guest should call the owner and request their change. If the owner can accommodate the change, either the guest or owner should contact Owner Direct.
